Weekly 90 minute sessions (Tuesdays, 8am - 9:30am EST) filled with practical strategies, tools, and interactive discussions to tackle mastering the foundations of leadership.

A detailed resource packed with exercises, frameworks, and guidance to help you navigate leadership with confidence.

Leadership starts with you.
This week is all about building a strong inner foundation of clarity, focus, and intentional action.You’ll define what effective leadership looks like for you, set a clear vision, and explore the five essential skills that help leaders lead with purpose (not just hustle).

Week 2: The 6 Behaviors of Leadership
These are the real behaviors that set leaders apart.
We’ll break down the six core behaviors that fuel great leadership like strategic thinking, resourcefulness, compassion, and ownership and explore what they look like in everyday action.This week gives you a practical blueprint for how to actually show up as a leader.

Week 3: Leadership Blind Spots
You can’t grow if you can’t see what’s holding you back.
This week, we dig into common blind spots like over-execution, under-inspiring, or being too focused on yourself.You’ll reflect, recalibrate, and gain clarity on what might be getting in your way so you can lead with greater awareness and confidence.

Week 4: Leading Others with Impact
Now we zoom out because leadership doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
This final week is all about empowering others. We’ll explore how to create role clarity, build strong team rhythms, communicate expectations, and lead through challenges like performance issues or fast-paced change.
You’ll walk away with tools to lead others well not just manage them.

Yes! One of the unique benefits of this program is the diverse range of industries represented, offering you the chance to learn from a variety of perspectives and experiences.

Program materials are available for the duration of the program for a total of 6 weeks, starting one week prior to the program's kickoff. At the end of the program, you’ll have the option to purchase an additional year to remain in the community and retain access to all resources, including the recordings and digital workbook.

The weekly commitment includes a 90-minute live session and about 1–2 hours for reflection, exercises, or pre-session preparation.

There is no refund policy for this program because of the significant planning, resources, and time invested in ensuring each cohort’s success. If you’re unable to attend, session recordings will be provided, but we strongly encourage attending live to fully engage in the discussions and exercises for the best experience.

Yes, all live sessions are recorded and shared with participants. However, attending live is highly encouraged to get the most out of the interactive, experiential aspects of the program and to fully connect with your cohort members.

Unlike generic programs, It combines practical tools, experiential learning, and hands-on support for sustained success.

Each week blends learning and application. Live sessions are almost entirely experiential, with minimal pre-reading or theory. This ensures you’re practicing what you learn in real time and applying it to your leadership journey.

Yes! You’ll join a small, interactive cohort and have access to a dedicated community space for networking, peer knowledge sharing, and group support throughout your time in the program.

One week before the program begins enrolled participants will receive access to our program platform, resources, call links & more. Prior to our first session participants will be asked to set up their profile in our program platform, add each week’s calls to their calendar & take a pre-program assessment. We also recommend that participants carve out a few moments to reflect on their current leadership challenges and goals to help make the most of the program right from the start.
