A Pivot Point Retreat in Miami, FL August 20 –24, 2025

You’ve done the work.
You’ve led the teams, hit the goals, held it all together.

But lately? Something’s shifting…

You’re craving clarity, not just productivity.

Purpose, not just performance.

You’re ready to reconnect with the woman behind the role & design a next chapter that actually fits.

Welcome to The Identity Edit.

This immersive, in-person retreat is for high-capacity women navigating career shifts, personal pivots, and leadership reinvention.

We’ll gather in South Beach, Miami to reflect, realign, and reconnect — not just with your goals, but with your whole self.

Through tactile, energizing experiences built around the Four Desires — Purpose, Prosperity, Pleasure, & Freedom , you’ll explore who you are becoming, what you’re leaving behind, and what you're building next.

This isn’t fluff.
This is a career intervention. A life edit. A weekend to choose yourself, on purpose.

Because your identity deserves just as much intention as your to-do list.

Why this retreat Matters

This experience is part of the Pivot Point journey — a professional network for women making bold moves in their careers, leadership, and lives. At Pivot Point, we believe in career clarity that’s personal, leadership growth that’s human, & bold moves that honor who you’re becoming.

Each retreat is designed to focus on one core growth area. In February, we explored confidence in NYC. In Miami, we’re diving into identity. And in Charleston (February 2026), we’ll shift into strategy.

Whether you’re pivoting professionally or personally, this is your chance to step away from the noise and get clear on what’s next — with the support of a community that gets it.

But don’t just take our word for it, hear from past retreat attendees:

  • A woman in a blazer smiling with arms crossed standing on city sidewalk with cars and buildings in the background.

    Amanda Hyman, Google

“Thank you so much for an amazing weekend! I feel so energized and grateful to know you and to have been able to meet the others in the group, especially Pivot Point OG's who I have only known virtually for almost a year! I left with a sense of connectedness and that's very rare to find in a short period of time in today's busy and digital-first connection society. Be able to learn both from Brittany and from the other Pivot Pointers helped me self-reflect on the things I am the most proud of about myself, and areas that I want to continue to develop as I progress as a leader in my career.”

  • A woman with glasses and long brown hair, wearing a tan coat and white top, smiling with arms crossed on a city street.

    Tara Knight, Creator Match

“I’ve been actively looking for opportunities to be more proactive in reflecting on what I want. This retreat was the perfect outlet for exploring that with a fun, like-minded group - Brittany curated a truly inspiring experience!”

  • A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a dark green blazer, black blouse, and a watch, standing outdoors in an urban setting with a blurred city background, smiling with arms crossed.

Arielle Lester, Health Law & Regulatory Attorney

“The Pivot Point Retreat led by Brittany is a meaningfully curated learning and growth experience for professional women from diverse backgrounds. I learned so much about Brittany, myself, and the other amazing women there in just a few days and have many great takeaways that I'll carry with me in my professional journey! I look forward to the next Pivot Point leadership adventure, cheers!"”

  • A woman in a bright blue sweater smiling with arms crossed on a city street with blurred background of buildings and vehicles.

    Sara Brintnall, The Matriots

“This retreat checked all of my boxes, including many that I didn't know needed to be checked. I knew that this experience would push me out of my comfort zone, and as an introvert, that felt really scary. Brittany cares so much about people and that came through in the retreat. She gently invited me to participate in conversations and to share things about myself in a way that was confortable. The experience I was most worried about -- the presence workshop -- turned out to be my favorite because it not only provided skills that I wanted to learn, but also reinforced what I AM capable of which felt like a major win. The women that were on this retreat with me were phenomenal and I was so inspired by each of them. I am incredibly grateful for Brittany for all the planning that went into the retreat and how much knowledge and encouragement she poured into each of us."”

We’re all constantly pivoting: stepping into bigger leadership roles, learning new skills, changing industries, launching side hustles, growing businesses, managing teams, or going back to school.

There are clouds and bees scattered around.

So, shouldn’t you have a strong community around you as you navigate those twists and turns?

That’s Exactly what Pivot Point is.
