Your old professional association called. We let it go to voicemail.

Most networking groups are running the same playbook they've had for decades: a conference or two, a few networking mixers, on-demand content that hasn't been touched since the 1980’s (No shade to the 80s, it was a great decade. But your career development shouldn't still be living there!). Pivot Point is the exact opposite of that.

What you've tried Why it doesn't work Your Pivot Point Membership
Generic content Built for everyone, useful to no one Real, practical resources built for the modern era of work that you'll actually use based on your career and leadership goals
Networking events Small talk with strangers who forget you by Monday Real relationships with women who know you, root for you, and look out for you long after the event ends
Groups & communities siloed by career stage and/or industry Limits who you can learn from and grow with Cross-industry, cross-title, by design — women at every career stage doing wildly different things, which is exactly what makes your network more powerful
Figuring it out yourself Takes twice as long and costs you opportunities you didn't even know you were missing Accountability that shows up every single month, not just when you pay for a new program

Mentorship in Every Direction:

Pivot Point does not sort you by title or industry. A woman navigating her first leadership role sits across from someone who has spent fifteen years building companies, and both of them leave the conversation better for it. The mentorship here flows up, down, and across because that is where the real growth happens.

A Network That Goes Places:

This is not a community that lives in your inbox. We gather in person, we retreat together, and this October we bring the community into one room for the first time at the Pivot Point Summit. Our 80+ members are spread across the country, from companies including Walt Disney, Google, Cleveland Clinic, Junior Achievement, American Greetings, and more.

Let’s Do the Math:

One raise negotiated, one contract landed, one opportunity you didn't let slip by. Pivot Point is $697 for the year, which is under $60 a month. That's less than a nice dinner out for a resource that moves the needle all year long.

What Membership Looks Like

At under $60 a month, you get direct mentorship from Brittany, a community of women who are serious about where they are going, and the tools to get there faster.

Build Skills That Move You Forward

Four times a year, Brittany leads focused, hands-on sessions built around the career & leadership skills that matter most right now. These are not passive webinars. You come in with a challenge and leave with something you use.

Stop Going in Circles

Every month, you join Brittany and your fellow Pivot Pointers for a dedicated group coaching call that is part mentorship, part strategy session, and entirely focused on what you are navigating right now. Bring the decision you have been sitting on, the leadership challenge you cannot talk through at work, or the next move you cannot quite see yet.

An Extra Set of Eyes When It Counts

Members get access to on-demand resume + cover letter reviews for internal promotions and outside opportunities, portfolio reviews for client work, and a resource library built around real career and leadership growth.

Learn From Women Who Taking Action, Too

Twice a year, you are matched with a small group of Pivot Point members who are navigating a similar path. These intimate mentor pods are designed to get you out of your own head, into real conversation, and walking away with the clarity and a plan to tackle whatever you are working through. This is mentorship that meets you where you are.

Get in the Room

We don’t just gather online, we meet IRL, too. Our Summer Supper Clubs run from May through August, and every February, we retreat together for an intimate mastermind experience in a new city. And this October, the Pivot Point Summit brings the community together in Cleveland for the first time on a larger scale. The retreat and Summit are separate investments, and worth every penny.

“I feel so energized and grateful to know you and to have been able to meet the others in the group, especially Pivot Point OG's who I have only known virtually for almost a year!

Being able to learn both from Brittany and from the other Pivot Pointers helped me self-reflect on the things I am the most proud of about myself, and areas that I want to continue to develop as I progress as a leader in my career.”

  • Pivot Point isn’t replacing your association. It’s filling the gap those things were never designed for like the real conversations about what’s actually going on in your career. Your LinkedIn network is your reputation. Your industry association gives you credentials. Pivot Point gives you the people who will tell you the hard truth at midnight and still be cheering for you in the morning.

  • No, and that’s one of the things that makes it work. Pivot Point members are at every stage: making big leaps, growing where they are, building something on the side, stepping into leadership for the first time, or finally claiming the career they’ve been downplaying for years. The mix is intentional.

  • Nope, and that’s by design. A woman in tech, a nonprofit leader, and a corporate attorney in the same room see each other’s blindspots in ways a room full of marketers never could. Cross-industry is not a limitation. It’s a feature.

  • Many do. At $697/year, Pivot Point falls within or under the professional development stipends offered by most mid-to-large organizations. We’ve included an email template above to make the ask easy. Scroll up.

Bold Moves Require
The Right People Behind Them

The most important moves you will ever make are not made alone. When you are navigating a career shift, a leadership leap, a reinvention, or simply the recognition that the path has to look different from here, you do not need another motivational quote. You need a room full of women who have been there, who will tell you the truth, and who will show up for you on the other side of whatever you decide.

That is what Pivot Point is.
