Get clear on what you want, build the tools to go get it, and surround yourself with a community of women who are doing the exact same thing. Over two days, you will hear from speakers with stories that will motivate you and move you, walk away with tangible strategies to apply to your own career and leadership, and leave surrounded by women who remind you what you are capable of.
The only thing left to do is show up.

Our two-day line-up:
Day 1 | Thursday, October 22nd
Grounding, growth and getting seen. Day one hands you the tools to close the gap between what you know you are capable of and what the world actually sees.
-
Grab breakfast, settle in and start meeting the women you will be spending the next two days with.
-
Brittany Neish, Founder of What You Do Matters and creator of Prima Network, kicks off the Summit and sets the tone for what is ahead.
-
Workshop, Jackie Walsh, Hope Yoga
Before you can grow, you have to get out of your own head. This guided reset clears the noise and gets you back into your body, so you can spend the next two days being where your feet are.
-
Opening Keynote, Brittany Neish, What You Do Matters
You have the skills, the experience and the perspective. What you have not always had is people connecting that to the career you actually want. That is the visibility gap, the distance between everything you have to offer and whether anyone sees it and links it to what you are capable of doing next. This opening session names that gap and gets you fired up to chase what is on the other side of it.
-
Enjoy lunch while trading stories with fellow attendees through connection cards.
Also happening at lunch: The Power Frame by MBRANDING Photography
An elevated on-site portrait experience built specifically for Summit attendees. This is not a headshot booth. Each session includes posing and presence coaching, multiple looks and fully edited delivery via a private gallery link by Sunday night, so you walk into Monday with a refreshed brand presence. $50 per session, first come first served. Sign-up details go out to registered attendees one week before the Summit.
-
Panel, Becca Gordon (Stella & Shay), Lauren Romance (Vitamix), Dr. Aimee Polgar (Westside Chiropractic & Wellness), Nahomy Ortiz-Garcia (Founder of Nahomy's Library), moderated by Brittany Neish
A career is not a solo sport. Cleveland is full of women who have built the people around them into their biggest advantage. This panel gets into why the people you surround yourself with are one of the strongest accelerators your career will ever have.
-
Fireside Chat, Sharon Harvey (Cleveland Animal Protective League) and Ashley Gowens (Vitamix), moderated by Lauren Rudman (GNCO)
When you are tapped into your purpose and can see the impact you are making, that is what carries you forward and builds the resilience you need for the days that are inevitably hard. Two women who have built careers around service sit down for an honest conversation about how showing up for something bigger than yourself becomes one of the most powerful moves you make for your own growth.

Workshop, Brittany Neish, What You Do Matters
We are living in the personal brand era, and it is one of the most powerful ways to build a career you love and get seen for the brilliant person you already are. In this hands-on workshop you will pull together your skills, your experience and everything you have learned so far into a personal brand that moves you toward what is next. Expect worksheets, reflection and a clear read on the personal brand amplifiers that make you impossible to ignore.
-
Celebrate the end of a day full of learning, growing and connecting with a happy hour with fellow attendees, weather permitting, on the Aviator's gorgeous rooftop, the perfect way to unwind.
Day 2 | Friday, October 23rd
Boundaries, money, pivots, purpose. Day two is where leadership stops being a mindset and starts being a plan.
-
Reconnect with the women you met yesterday and fuel up for the final day.
-
Brittany Neish, What You Do Matters
Yesterday gave you a lot to take in. This guided session makes sure none of it turns into a stack of notes you never open again, pulling out what matters most and getting clear on how you will use it.
-
Workshop, Lindsey Godwin + Molly McGuigan
Women are expected to do it all, say yes to it all and make it look effortless. The cost of that pattern is real, from burnout to a growing distance from the goals that matter most to you. Lindsey and Molly share insights from their number one new release and hand you a framework for spotting the commitments you take on out of obligation, habit or the desire to please, so your time, energy and attention finally go where you want them to.
-
This is your chance to sit down with a mentor who has been exactly where you are and is ready to tell you what it took to get where she is now. One week before the Summit you will get a survey link to choose your table, so come to lunch ready to learn from someone who inspires you on your own career & leadership path.
-
Christine Millen, Bernstein Private Wealth Management
Your money is about far more than the numbers. At its best it reflects your values and supports the life you are building on purpose. This session explores how your past experiences with money shape the way you think and decide today, walks you through a guided priorities reflection and helps you align your financial choices with what matters most to you.

Panel, Carrie Morse (ERC) and Suzy Peck (Peck Baking Co.), moderated by Brittany Neish
A pivot can look like a lot of things. Sometimes it is the moment you know deep down that what you are doing is not what you want to be doing anymore. Carrie and Suzy talk candidly about the career changes they made and the new perspectives and transferable skills those pivots gave them. You will walk away seeing your own career changes not as setbacks but as the competitive advantage they can be.
-
Closing Session, Brittany Neish, What You Do Matters
This is where it all comes together. Getting seen means showing up as your biggest, boldest, brightest self, and that is how you build a career you love, one that lets you make the impact you want to make, live the life you want to live and use your strengths and skills in ways that matter. Brittany closes the two days by helping you turn everything you have learned into a plan you walk out the door and use.
The Venue
Get ready to take flight. The Get Seen Summit is hosted at The Aviator, a stunning reimagination of the beloved 100th Bomb Group on Brookpark Road in Cleveland. To close out Thursday, we will head up to the rooftop bar for our cocktail hour, weather permitting.
