The Pivot Point Summit is where growth-minded women come together to get clear on what they want, build the tools to go get it, and surround themselves with a community of women who are doing the exact same thing. Over two days, you will hear from speakers with stories that will motivate you and move you, walk away with tangible strategies to apply to your own career and leadership, and leave surrounded by women who remind you exactly what you are capable of.

The Venue

Get ready to take flight. The Pivot Point Summit is hosted at The Aviator, a stunning reimagination of the beloved 100th Bomb Group on Brookpark Road in Cleveland. Our home base is Gabriella's Space, an intimate, elegant room with stone walls, oak coffered ceilings, windows lining both sides, and an attached outdoor patio. To close out Thursday, we will head up to the rooftop bar for our cocktail hour, weather permitting.
