We are a fast-growing, founder-led company building the next generation of leadership support.

The Role

This is a part-time Executive Assistant role (10–15 hours per week to start) supporting the Founder & CEO. You will help manage the operational backbone of the business so the founder can focus on strategy, speaking, program delivery, and growth.

Compensation Details

  • 10–15 hours per week to start

  • This is a remote role 

  • Must be available during standard business hours (8am–5pm EST)

  • Hourly rate: $55–$60 per hour, based on experience

  • Opportunity for expanded hours and responsibility as the company grows

What You’ll Do

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and inbox organization

  • Coordinate client communications and program logistics

  • Track projects and ensure deadlines are met

  • Maintain organized digital systems and files

Program & Community Support

  • Support leadership program coordination and participant tracking

  • Assist with workshop and retreat logistics

  • Organize materials and make light formatting updates to program documents and slide decks

  • Serve as a visible point of contact within program spaces

At What You Do Matters, no one is “back of house.” You will be forward-facing in our programs and community spaces so participants know you, trust you, and experience consistent support.

Content & Marketing Execution

  • Organize and schedule social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Maintain and deploy the content calendar

  • Format, test, and deploy emails using Kit for programs and promotions

  • Make minor updates to marketing and program materials

  • Track monthly KPIs and update performance dashboards

Sales & Outreach Support

  • Maintain and update lead tracking and pipeline systems

  • Help pull weekly outreach lists and follow-up tracking

  • Support proposal preparation and outbound coordination

  • Serve as a first line of organization and follow-through for inbound inquiries

Financial & Systems Support

  • Track invoices and expenses 

  • Support operational documentation and reporting

This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-moving founder.
