YOUR SUPPORT AS YOU NAVIGATE BOLD CAREER & LEADERSHIP MOVES 🐝

You aren’t meant to Figure It Out alone

You are good at what you do. You show up, you deliver, you keep moving. And still, there are moments where you wonder if this is really it. If the path you are on is actually the one you meant to be on. If the version of you that got you here is the same one who is going to get you where you want to go next.

Those moments are pivot points. And Pivot Point is built for women who are ready to stop navigating them alone.

This is a professional network for women making bold moves in their careers, their leadership, and their lives. Not a conference. Not a course.

A community of women at different stages, in different industries, all in motion toward something, and all in each other's corner.

A Network

That Works Differently

  • Most professional networks sort you by industry or title. Pivot Point does not.

  • A woman from the C-suite sits next to a woman launching her first side hustle. A corporate leader is in conversation with someone who just left a 15-year career to build something of her own. A founder gets real talk from a woman who has been exactly where she is.

  • The mentorship and connection here flow up, down, and sideways. That is not an accident. It is the whole point.

“I feel so energized and grateful to know you and to have been able to meet the others in the group, especially Pivot Point OG's who I have only known virtually for almost a year!

Being able to learn both from Brittany and from the other Pivot Pointers helped me self-reflect on the things I am the most proud of about myself, and areas that I want to continue to develop as I progress as a leader in my career.”

“The Pivot Point Retreat led by Brittany is a meaningfully curated learning and growth experience for professional women from diverse backgrounds. I learned so much about Brittany, myself, and the other amazing women there in just a few days and have many great takeaways that I'll carry with me in my professional journey! I look forward to the next Pivot Point leadership adventure, cheers!”

A Different Kind of Dinner Party — Curated for Connection.

Summer Supper Club may be wrapped for the season, but the connections we’ve made are just the beginning.

Each summer, we gather growth-minded women together to slow down, share a table, and spark energizing conversations about work, life, leadership, and everything in between.

It’s not networking, it’s real-life check-ins with people who get it. We’ll be back next summer with more evenings of great food and even better connection.

Why Women at Pivot Points
Need Their Own Network

The most important moves you will ever make are not made alone. When you are navigating a career shift, a leadership leap, a reinvention, or simply the quiet recognition that the path has to look different from here, you do not need another motivational quote. You need a room full of women who have been there, who will tell you the truth, and who will show up for you on the other side of whatever you decide.

That is what Pivot Point is.
