“Brittany is The queen of Modern Leadership Development”

Our organization worked with Brittany to present at an industry conference. She custom designed a session for nearly 100 attendees based on our requests. She provided tools to develop a purpose-driven action plan to help them level up their leadership skills. Brittany is easy to work with, professional and creative. I highly recommend hiring Brittany if you want a partner who will care about your organization and deliver a memorable program.

A Fresh Take on Leadership

Most professional development programs, workshops, and sessions are heavy on theory yet light on actionable strategies. We’re here to change that.

High Energy, High Impact

We bring a level of energy and enthusiasm that participants don’t see every day. Our sessions aren’t just lectures — they’re experiences

No “One-Size-Fits-All”

Every group has its own culture, challenges, & aspirations. We’re happy to create a custom session if nothing feels like a perfect fit.

Meet Brittany

Our founder, Brittany Neish, knows leadership isn’t about titles. After spending 15+ years managing marketing teams at companies like Microsoft and Moen, she discovered that most professional development programs fell flat -  heavy on theory, light on practical application, and usually a total snoozefest.

Determined to change that, Brittany pursued a Master's in Positive Organizational Development & Change, developing the frameworks she teaches in her programs that bridge the gap between theory and what actually works in practice.

“Brittany broke down topics into manageable and easy to understand ways, and reminded me that taking the few extra minutes to fully think through how you are perceived and how you want to be perceived is a really meaningful thing to do. The workshop not only gave me insights into my own communication strengths and weaknesses but also framed communication in a new way that felt more applicable to communicating as a woman in the workplace. I’m walking away with real tools and actions to integrate into my prep routines. Actionable guidance on how to spend time actioning towards your goal perception vs worrying about how you were perceived.”

“As Chapter President, I had the privilege of introducing and experiencing Brittany’s opening keynote at our 2nd Annual HR Conference, and it was nothing short of transformative. Her session, Lead Yourself First, was an empowering reminder of the importance of self-leadership in our HR journeys. Brittany captivated the audience and challenged HR professionals to become the protagonists of their own careers. She encouraged us to prioritize our own growth, embrace the power of self-leadership, and lead with the same care and compassion that we extend to others. Her insights inspired us to rethink the way we approach our roles—not just as supporters of others, but as leaders of our own paths. Brittany’s message resonated deeply with everyone in the room, leaving us with actionable takeaways that will continue to inspire and motivate us long after the conference ended.”
